Larger organizations may find it more economical to leverage their in-house professional training staff to teach Leading at the Speed of Trust™ to their specific organizations’ workforce. Depending on the size of your work group, savings of 75% or more are possible as compared to the open enrollment programs.

Qualified professional trainers and line leaders can become certified to teach Leading at the Speed of Trust™ by meeting the following criteria:

• Attend the two-day Leading at the Speed of Trust™ open enrollment workshop as a participant.
• Pass the professional trainer verification interview.
• Attend a full-day certification training.
• Pay a license fee and sign a license agreement.
• Agree to train only their organization’s employees.
• Purchase 25 initial participant kits (license fee waived).
