FranklinCovey offers several courses available self-paced, on demand. These micro-learning courses can be used as sustainment/reinforcement, leader-led training, or as a standalone learning option.

The FranklinCovey On Demand® catalog consists of 173 courses based on 16 core competencies. All courses are self-paced, SCORM 1.2 compliant, and are available for LMS integration.

There are two types of courses available—FranklinCovey InSights® and Excelerators® .



Each FranklinCovey InSights lesson is 7-15 minutes in length and starts with a short video, followed by powerful and engaging application. These influential courses teach individuals and teams the basics of great leadership, effectiveness, and trust. 

The responsibility for training new leaders lies squarely with current leaders. But to carry out that responsibility, they need a quick, easy-to-use resource available on demand. InSights is that resource. 


FranklinCovey Excelerators offer content-based instruction through videos, animation, assessments, exercises, and downloadable toolkits, as well as other resources. Excelerators are approximately one hour in length and can be used as part of a blended training process or used as standalone training, and include content from our FranklinCovey full content programs and CEU credit.
